PC power supply : Cool without a fan

Passive colling psuNow there are  great PC power supplies that operate without a fan. As a result, these devices operate completely silently. The heat produced is dissipated in the computer by using passive cooling processes. The temperatures are derived through a copper wire from the housing interior to the exterior. There are an aluminum heat sink that can cool the temperature. This type of system ensures that the heat is released into the environment. The interior of the housing isn’t heated and noisy fan are unnecessary.

In order to prevent pressure on the PCB and solder connection, external cooling by mechanical platinum relief provided. It is bolted top and bottom of the housing.

Other PC power supply is cooled by heat pipe system. This causes feinripp heat sinks made of copper. This device is very strong, and also completely silent. Innovative technologies short circuit, overheating, overvoltage and overload can be avoided.

If you want to have a quiet pc system, you can do by replacing slower power supply fan. However, people don’t have to rely on slower fan, simply because it is more quiet. A certain speed is required to protect a PC power supply from overheating. All we can do is replace the fan with a more modern fan,  which is usually much quieter than older models.
But be careful: who unscrews PC power supply will void the warranty.
