Symmetric 12V to 5V converter

With this simple DC voltage converter circuit we can reduce 12v to 5v  symmetric voltage and can use existing resources.

Here used 3-Terminal Adjustable Regulator LM317  for positive regulation and LM337 for the negative regulation. The maximum output current is 1A, and as always highly recommend a good heat dissipation for this IC regulator.
