					<description><![CDATA[My question would be, given the current circuit - how would I build it to issue a DC Voltage of no more than 4500 Volts and the second (even more important question - how fast would it be able to fully charge 1 (ideally 2) 4600 Volt capacitor(s) each of them with the respective value of 45uF (476 Joules per capacitor).
