This is a 230W switching power supply outputing two dual polarity voltage (+12) / (-12) and (+5) / (-5).
Note that all rectifiers operate into choke input filters which massively reduced rectifier surge currents are also low minimizing filter capacitor heating and allowing the use of phisically small units.
